Critical info for everyone!!! -Primary contact also see below!!

  • There is no ICSC without you– THANK YOU. Please help ICSC be successful. We need everyone to participate in judging students and some to act as buyers. A separate email will contain your personal agenda for judging.
  • You must wear your ICSC badge at all times to access ICSC areas as well as receive various discounts at the Hotel. There will be over 30,000 people in the convention center during our weekend.
  • In order for us not to feed all 30,000 you will need a meal ticket for each meal. Click here for your meal tickets.
  • Help and info are always available outside the career fair area at Registration Desk 3.
  • Whenever you are ready to leave ICSC please drop off your badge at Registration Desk 3 or if going to Universal on the bus then at the end of the evening give to our bus coordinator.
  • If you purchased Universal Studio tickets beforehand you may pick them up at Registration Desk 3 when you check-in to the career fair.
  • To encourage EVERY competing student to visit every company they are issued a BINGO card and must fill 24 of the 26 spaces with dots. You give them a dot (if they have earned it) when they visit. Companies are assigned unique colors so just use the ones given to you. The dots will be on your assigned table.
  • There will be over 160 students from around the country PLUS many students from several near by universities.

  • Click here to see all competitor resumes in PDF form.The page will return with a message saying “Members only”. On the right side of the page use your User ID and password to access resumes.  No we cannot give out user IDs and passwords to all 150 attendees.
  • If you ship items to the Rosen Centre, please call the Package Room (407) 996-9840 when you are ready to receive your items. You must be present to sign, as items will not be dropped off otherwise. If return shipping, prepare your box as needed for shipping. Be sure your boxes are completely sealed and your return label is applied. Rosen employees will not be responsible for lost or missing materials, if boxes are not completely sealed. Please call the Package Room when you are ready to ship out your items, so Rosen employees may pick them up.
