Attendee Registration
All sponsor companies and primary contact are pre-registered. As the primary contact, please click on the “My Profile” link on the right and check all the entries. Be sure to provide complete information as all fields are required. You will complete the name, email, cell phone, arrival and departure dates for each attendee. You may click on the “Additional Attendees” link on the right and enter all the required information. Only registered attendees will have access to the career fair, meeting areas or role-play areas. Registration Deadline is Monday, October 3rd.
Opportunity Guide
The Opportunity Guide will be distributed during the competition to all the student participants. As a sponsor of this event, you are entitled to ad space in this brochure to describe the jobs and internships available at your organization. As a reference, you may view the 2019 Opportunity Guide which includes the ads used. Please also view the ICSC Ad Specs document to assure the measurements will be adequate for placement of your Ad in the Opportunity Guide. Positions will also be displayed on our Career Opportunities web page, please review and e-mail Shannon Young, styoung@business.fsu.edu, with any edits or additions, as needed. The deadline to submit an Ad for the ICSC Opportunity Guide, logo, and website updates is by close of business on Wednesday, September 7th.
Updates and Revisions to Company Information
Review the Career Opportunities page to confirm your information is accurate. Following the current format, please send any corrections and or updates to styoung@business.fsu.edu.
Has your logo changed or are you a new Company sponsor? Only send NEW logos to styoung@business.fsu.edu. If your logo has not changed, please do not resubmit.
All changes should be submitted by Wednesday, September 7th.
Career Fair
Sponsors have been pre-assigned a spot based on your sponsorship level. Dependent upon your level of sponsorship, and the assigned venue, you will be assigned a 6′ rectangular table, or an 8 x 8, 10 x 10, or 10 x 20 booth space. All assigned spaces will have a 6′ rectangular table and two chairs. If the table and chairs are not needed, please e-mail Shannon Young, styoung@business.fsu.edu, by Friday, October 14th. Your team is responsible for bringing their own table dressings, linens will not be provided.
Infomercial
During the Career Fair, a rotation of infomercials will be played on a continuous circuit and can consist of video in .mp4 format (preferred), or series of PowerPoint slides. So that there is no interference during conversations there will be no sound. To include your company send a 60-90 second video in .mp4 format (no sound) or powerpoint to styoung@business.fsu.edu by Wednesday, October 19th. File can be sent using FSU Noles File Transfer. No links to Google or YouTube will be accepted.
Electricity and Internet Access
If you need electricity at your space during the career fair complete this form and email it to expo.caribe@encoreglobal.com.

Shipping and Receiving Materials
If you plan to use the shipping and outgoing services at the Caribe Royale, you will need to familiarize yourself with their inbound and outbound Process and Procedures. This document should provide you with the details and standards of the hotel. It is recommended that you ship items to arrive at least 1-2 days beforehand.
If you are lodging at a hotel other than the Caribe Royale, you may still ship your items to them. Contact UPS directly for more information.
PLEASE USE YOUR NAME ON ALL SHIPMENTS AND AS THE INDIVIDUAL WHO WILL CLAIM PACKAGE(S). See Process and Procedures form for proper details.
Meals
All registered participants will be provided lunch on Thursday and Friday. Heavy hors d’oevures will also be provided at the Welcome on Wednesday and the Casino and Karaoke networking event on Friday. Based on your level of sponsorship, all sponsoring partners are welcomed to join us for the Awards Luncheon on Saturday. Plates cost $55 per person, please email Shannon Young, styoung@business.fsu.edu with billing information to reserve seat. Reservations and credit card payments are due by end of day on Wednesday, October 5th.
Social Legacy Project
For the last few years, ICSC incorporated a sustainability plan in which we partnered with Second Harvest Food Bank of Central Florida. We are asking all attendees to participate in our project by bringing at least one non-perishable food item. A table will be setup in the Career Fair area for collection. We are looking forward to 100% participation and are really excited about the food this would provide to support of people in the surrounding counties. To find out more CLICK HERE. Disney Tickets
Please join us at Disney World this year! It provides a different setting and is a GREAT opportunity to network with students. Discount tickets are $114.00 and may be purchased in advance by check or credit card. These are after 1 pm tickets to be used on Saturday November 5th. These tickets can only be used on November 5th and due to the Pandemic the choice of park is pre-assigned. You may choose one of the four parks to visit: Magic Kingdom, Disney’s Hollywood Studios, Animal Kingdom, Epcot (please note that the parks close at different times – google to find out closing times). Once you decide, the park choice cannot be changed and if there is an attempt to change online or on the app it will void all tickets. So once assigned, please DO NOT try to change the ticket date, or the park choice.
If you are interested in joining us for Disney I need to know by Friday, September 30th, please complete this quick form with details. After this deadline, we cannot guarantee additional tickets will be available. If each person is paying individually, please complete one form per person.
I f you do not place an advance order we cannot guarantee additional tickets will be available. You must make your park reservations in advance for Disney.
The tickets are non-transferable, non-refundable and expire October 1, 2023. Contact Shannon Young, styoung@business.fsu.edu, for an invoice and or with any questions. Payment must be received by Friday, October 7th.
Casino and Karaoke Networking Night
Casino and Karaoke Night is a fun-filled evening of networking and will be held on Friday, November 4th. Sponsors are encouraged to stay and participate in the activities as well as network with students, faculty, and FSU staff. The night will end with raffles for gifts and prizes donated by sponsors for student attendees. We ask that sponsors bring 3 or more items to the registration desk at the time of check in.
Host Hotel
The host hotel is the Caribe Royale Orlando, room reservations are available at the discounted contract rate of $169 per night + taxes for double occupancy. CLICK HERE to make new room reservations. Also, email styoung@business.fsu.edu to let her know if you have an issue or a room reservation with the wrong room rate.
At the time of check in, a hold is placed on the credit card at $75 per night for Incidentals.
You may pay online in advance for your room reservations, CLICK HERE. You will need to enter the information from your reservation confirmation.
Complimentary guestroom internet and access to the Fitness Center is included with your stay at the Caribe Royale.
Airport
The Orlando International Airport (MCO) is closest to the property, approximately 16 miles.
The Orlando Sanford International Airport is approximately another 30 minutes from the property.
