The virtual career fair will be held on Wednesday, November 10th from 9 AM to 5 PM Eastern time. Each sponsor will get an allocation of Zoom rooms; Chief, up to 5, Warrior, up to 3 and Renegade, up to 2. If a sponsor does not have Zoom accounts, ICSC will provide them. A sponsor representative needs to be responsible for each room but can set up a schedule of who is conducting interviews in that room. Interviews consist of scheduled short, 7 to 9 minute face-to-face conversations. See the updated Sponsors Guide for complete details.
A box for each university will be prepared with SWAG to be disseminated to each of the participating students. We are asking all sponsors to provide SWAG for the student participants. These are such items that would be provided during the Career Fair or anything that you wish to provide. There are an estimated 400 student participants, you may provide 400 items or less. Whatever is provided will be distributed evenly amongst the boxes. We are also asking that items are shipped directly from the distributor to avoid you extra shipping costs as well as any shipping delays. Items should be shipped to:
Florida State University
821 Academic Way
Rovetta Building, Room 226
Tallahassee, FL 32306
All items should be received no later than Monday, November 1st.
Social Legacy Project
For the last few years, ICSC incorporated a sustainability plan in which we partnered with the local Second Harvest Food Bank. For ICSC 2021, in lieu of non-perishable food item collection, ICSC will donate $5 of each student registration fee to the Second Harvest Food Bank of the Big Bend. To find out more CLICK HERE.
